Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoClue (trading name of LUX GLOBAL LTD), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Service Description

GeoClue is a web-based, AI-powered photo-geolocation service. It analyzes visual clues in images (flora, architecture, skyline, street furniture, etc.) and returns latitude/longitude coordinates plus a confidence score in seconds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the Service for investigative, journalistic, law-enforcement, insurance-fraud or corporate-intelligence purposes.

4. User Conduct

• Use the Service ethically and lawfully.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
  
• Do not reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service or AI models.
  
• Do not infringe on third-party rights or collect personal data unlawfully.
  

5. Subscriptions Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis billed in advance. Details of plans, fees, refunds and credit expirations are provided at signup. No refunds except as required by law.

6. Data Processing Privacy

• You retain ownership of images you submit.
  
• We process your images solely to provide and improve the Service in aggregated, anonymized form.
  
• All data is encrypted and stored securely.
  

7. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, content and designs are owned by LUX GLOBAL LTD or its licensors. You grant us a limited license to process your images for the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaimer all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for purpose and uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUX GLOBAL LTD and its affiliates against any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription through your account; unused credits are forfeited upon termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
